Junkboat Village

Hello everyone! Firstly i would like to wish everyone a very happy chinese new year. May the year of the snake be a prosperous one for all. Kicked started off this painting in the afternoon. I tried a different approach for this piece and it turned out pretty decent. Went for a more painterly style with details on the focal points of where i want the viewers eyes to look at. Painted in Photoshop CS5 with Wacom Intuos 4. Took approximately 4 hours to complete. Hope you guys like it! Cheers~
