The Cold Fort

Hello everyone! A new concept painting done recently. Decided to go for an environment that is cold and has snow in it. A really fun piece to do, using different techniques and brush settings to achieve the wanted look for the piece. I had alot of fun adding the red colors into the scene. Red is a very difficult color to control, but hopefully it came out well here. Painted in Photoshop CS5 with Wacom Intuos 4.

Assassin's Creed Tribute

Hello everyone. I'm back with a new painting, and this time, its a tribute piece i've done for Assassin's Creed. Although i haven't played the game, i love the concept work that was done for the game, especially the environment and characters. This concept matte painting i did was solely based on my interpretation of the game and is in no way linked to the original Assassin's Creed games. I used various matte painting techniques in this piece combined with some custom shape brushes to create the painting. Painted in Photoshop CS5 with Wacom Intuos 4. Underwater Paradise

 

Hello all, a new digital painting which i have been working on over the past couple of days. This piece went through a couple of composition changes. It was meant to be a green jungle scenery piece, but i decided to switch to an underwater themed painting as i realize that i didn't have one in my portfolio yet. I used alot of different colours in this piece to enhance it visually for the viewers. Overall it was a really fun and challenging piece to work on as depicting underwater scenery is really difficult. Hope you guys like it as much as i had fun painting it! Cheers!

The Age Of Darkness

A new painting i started 2 days ago. Recently i've gotten alot of free time aside from work to do personal pieces and this is just one of many to come. For this piece, i used techniques taught by the amazing JonasDeRo. I'm sure most of you know who he is on DA. For those of you that haven't seen his work, please check his gallery as it is full of amazing paintings. I learnt alot by reading his tutorials and hopefully i didnt manage to screw this painting up too badly. Hope you guys like it :)
